Nick began his surveying career in East Texas in 2007 and joined GMcivil as a S.I.T. in 2011. He received his Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor’s license in July 2012 and his Arizona Registered Land Surveyor’s license in December 2012. He specializes in ALTA/ASCM boundary surveys, acreage boundary and topographic surveys, subdivision surveys, horizontal and vertical control surveys, FEMA floodplain elevation certificates, as-built surveys, easement platting, legal descriptions, and deed research. Nick earned his B.S. in Land Surveying from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2009. He is currently a member of the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors (TSPS) and he has served as a Director of the East Texas TSPS Chapter 4 for two years.
