Warren has 21 years of civil engineering and land development experience in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Tennessee and Texas. He joined GMcivil in 2000 as a Senior Project Manager, and was promoted to an Associate in 2004. He currently serves as the Director of the Arizona Division of GMcivil, overseeing the successful completion of residential, commercial, multi-use, and municipal projects. Warren’s area of expertise lies in Master Planned Community Design including Water and Sanitary Sewer Master Plans, Regional Flood Control Planning and Regional Transportation Planning. In addition, he is directly responsible for performing jurisdictional delineations and permitting associated with Section 404 of the Clean Water Act. He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the States of Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Tennessee and Texas.
