Joe was raised near Quail, Texas and moved to the DFW area in 1975 to begin his surveying career. He joined GMcivil in 1994. He is involved in preparing boundary surveys and the platting of residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Joe enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.
