A Look Back at G&M History:
1986
Goodwin & Marshall was founded in Fort Worth, Texas and began serving the Dallas-Fort Worth and entire Texas area
1986
Expansion to Memphis to serve increasing industrial projects in Tennessee
1996
The co-operative education program for civil engineering students was started. Interns spend a semester working on real projects in their field of study under the close supervision and tutoring of senior Goodwin & Marshall engineers.
2000
The co-operative education program provides 100% of new engineering hires at Goodwin & Marshall, a fact which remains true today. Our team members are trained in the Goodwin & Marshall way from their very beginning of their careers, ensuring a dedication to client service with every member of our team.
2003
Second expansion to Phoenix to serve projects created by the rapid population growth in Arizona
2004
Continued growth required a relocation of the Goodwin & Marshall headquarters to Grapevine, Texas. The office was specifically designed and planned by our team to enhance efficiency within the company.
2012
A third expansion led to the opening of our Denver office, to support the population increase of the Denver metropolitan area.
2013
The co-operative education program was expanded to our surveying division to provide students in the highly competitive surveying field an opportunity to work in their field under the close direction of senior surveying personnel.
2019
We expanded our headquarters in Grapevine, Texas, to accommodate our growing staff. Six additional offices, four cubicles/flex space, and a second break room and kitchen were added.
