John, a Professional Engineer at GMcivil, hails from Brenham, Texas, known for its Blue Bell ice cream. He earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2015, where he developed a strong foundation in problem-solving and design. After his co-op term with GMcivil in 2015, he later joined as a full-time employee in 2016, and quickly became an essential member of the team, contributing to various land development projects located in the Phoenix and DFW metroplexes.
His commitment to excellence and continuous learning culminated in obtaining his Professional Engineer (PE) license in 2020, marking a significant milestone in his career. John is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that serve both clients and communities.
Outside of work, John enjoys traveling to new places, exploring diverse cultures, and creating memorable experiences with family and friends through game nights and live music. He “enjoys” riding the roller coaster of emotions involved with following A&M football. He also loves spending time at home with his wife, his daughter, and their two cats and dog. With a blend of technical expertise and a vibrant personal life, John is a valued member of the GMcivil team, committed to his profession and community.
