Steven was born and raised as a true 90’s kid in the Metro-Detroit area and graduated from Walled Lake Western High School in 2014. He took a chance as a sophomore in college at Michigan State University and accepted a job to move across the country and work for GMcivil as a co-op student in 2016. The co-op opportunity provided him with valuable experience that helped broaden his perspective on a personal and professional level. Upon graduating in 2019 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, he began working full time at GMcivil as an EIT. After several years of practical experience on the design side of civil engineering, he became a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas in 2022. Steven now works as a Project Manager on developments throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, with an emphasis on master-planned residential communities.
Steven currently resides in Fort Worth with his fiancé, Shelby, and their dog & cat in a development that was designed by GMcivil several years ago (thanks, Jason!). In his free time, you can find Steven either enjoying time with his family, out on the golf course, or at a tailgate cheering on his favorite sports teams. With a childhood rooted in a die-hard Detroit sports environment and the majority of his adult years being spent in Texas, Steven now roots for all Michigan and Texas professional sports teams (except the Dallas Cowboys, of course).
