Tom was born in Clinton, Illinois and moved to the DFW area at the age of 5. He joined GMcivil in 1997 and has 38 years of surveying experience both in the field and in the office. He prepares ALTA surveys, subdivision plats, topographic surveys and easements. He also coordinates construction staking with various survey crews. When not working he enjoys cooking, traveling and walking with his dog.
